Our website may use cookies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and understand customer preferences. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings.

• Necessary cookies keep your cart, checkout and account working. They are always on.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help, in summary form.
• Advertising: we use Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to orders. Advertising cookies, and any advertising pixels we may add later (such as Meta or TikTok), run only after you choose "Accept all" on our cookie notice.

You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy choices link at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies.

06 Emails and Unsubscribing

We send emails about your order and your account. If you start a checkout and do not finish, we may send a short reminder about your cart. Promotional emails go only to people who agreed to receive them. Every marketing or reminder email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to support@buzzupenergy.com to stop them. Order and account emails continue while you have an order or an account with us.

07 Children

Our products and this website are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

08 Your Privacy Rights

To make a request, email support@buzzupenergy.com. We will confirm it is you, usually with the email address on your order, and answer within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent, and if we say no to a request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our answer.

09 How Long We Keep It

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, account details until you ask us to close your account, and shopping assistant chats for 30 days, as described below.

10 Our Shopping Assistant (Buzzy)

Buzzy is an AI chat assistant on this website. It answers questions about our packs, shipping, returns and orders. It gives general information only, it can make mistakes, and it is not medical advice.

• What we keep: the questions you type and Buzzy’s answers, with email addresses, phone numbers and card numbers removed, for 30 days, to answer you and to improve the answers. They are not linked to your name, email or phone number.
• Who processes your messages: they are sent to an AI service provider to write the answers.
• If you ask for a call back: your name, phone number and what it is about go to our support team so they can call you. We use them only for that, and delete them when you ask.
• Your choices: please do not share health details or other sensitive information in the chat. To delete your call-back details, write to support@buzzupenergy.com or message us on WhatsApp.
