01 About These Terms

BuzzUp Energy (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs this website and sells the products shown on it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

02 Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. We sell and ship to addresses in all 50 US states only. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us, including your name, email, phone and address, is true and yours to use.

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

03 Our Products

Royal Honey VIP is a honey blend with royal jelly, bee pollen and ginseng in single-serve sachets. We describe our products and show their labels as accurately as we can; the ingredient list printed on the box is the one that counts. Colors on your screen may look slightly different from the real packaging.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

04 Health and Safety

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Please read the label before use and follow its directions.

• Do not use it if you are allergic to honey, royal jelly, bee pollen or other bee products.
• It is made for healthy adults 18 and over. Do not use it if you are pregnant or nursing.
• Do not use it if you have a medical condition (such as heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure) or take prescription medicine, unless your doctor tells you it is safe for you.
• Keep it out of the reach of children.

If you notice any reaction, stop using the product and seek medical help.

05 Orders and Prices

All prices are in US dollars. The full price of your order, including shipping and any sales tax your state requires, is shown before you pay.

The email we send after you order confirms that we received it. We may cancel an order, and refund anything you paid for it, if a product is out of stock, if a price was shown by mistake, if the payment cannot be confirmed, or if the order looks fraudulent. We may also limit the quantity per order or per customer.

06 Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers; we do not see or store your full card number. You are charged once, for the order you place: we do not sell subscriptions and never charge you automatically. Your order ships once your payment is confirmed.

07 Discount Codes and Programs

• One discount code per order, unless we say otherwise. The 5% first-order member code cannot be combined with ROYAL5.
• Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire on the date shown in the email or in your account.
• Member perks (VIP rewards, refer a friend, reorder reminders) follow the rules shown on our Programs page and in your account.
• Refer-a-friend rewards are for real new customers. You may not refer yourself or use extra accounts.
• Reorder reminders are emails only: there is no subscription and no automatic charge. You can turn them off in your account, or with the unsubscribe link in any reminder, at any time.

We may change or end a code or program at any time. Codes already sent to you stay valid until their expiry date. We may cancel codes or rewards obtained by breaking these rules. Offers are void where prohibited by law.

08 Shipping and Returns

Delivery takes 7–10 business days within the United States; shipping costs and packaging are described in our Shipping Policy. Because our products are food you take by mouth, all sales are final and we do not accept returns; if an order arrives damaged or wrong, or does not arrive, we replace it or refund it, as described in our Returns & Refund Policy. Those policies are part of these terms.

09 Your Account

You can shop as a guest or create a free account. If you create one, keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it. We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms.

10 Emails From Us

We email you about your order: confirmation, shipping and tracking. We send offers and news only if you sign up for them. Every promotional email from us, including reward and reorder-reminder emails, has an unsubscribe link and our postal address, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. If you start checkout and leave before paying, we may send you one reminder about your cart. If an email from us is missing, please check your spam folder.

11 Privacy, Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to run the site and keep your cart, and to understand how visitors use the site (such as Google Analytics). Ad cookies that measure our ads (such as Google Ads, Meta and TikTok) are used only if you choose “Accept all” in the privacy notice; you can change your choice at any time with the “Privacy choices” link at the bottom of every page, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. We do not use tools that record your screen, mouse movements or keystrokes, and we do not sell your personal information. You can also block cookies in your browser settings. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and it is part of these terms.

12 Our Shopping Assistant

Buzzy, the chat assistant on this site, is an automated tool powered by artificial intelligence. It can help you find answers about our products, shipping and orders, but it can make mistakes, and it does not give medical advice. For anything about your health, please ask your doctor; for anything about an order, our team is one message away. Your messages are processed by our AI service provider to write the answers. Please do not share card numbers or other sensitive details in the chat. Our Privacy Policy explains how chats are handled.

13 Reviews and Photos You Send Us

If you send us a review, photo or message about our products, you confirm it is honest and yours to share. You allow us to show it on our website and social pages; we leave out your name unless you tell us otherwise. We may choose not to publish, or to remove, content that is false, offensive or unrelated.

14 Using This Website

Please do not misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempts to break into or overload it, no automated copying of its content, and no reselling of our products as if you were us. Links to other websites are there for your convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

15 Our Content and Trademarks

The text, photos, videos, design and logo on this site belong to BuzzUp Energy or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent. Product names and trademarks that belong to other companies remain the property of their owners.

16 Copyright Complaints

We respect the rights of creators. If you believe something on our site uses your copyrighted work without permission, email support@buzzupenergy.com with your contact details, a description of the work, where it appears on our site, and a statement that you believe the use is not authorized. We will review it promptly and remove the material where appropriate.

17 Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to shop with us. If any part of the site is hard to use with your device or assistive technology, email or call us and we will help you place your order and work to fix the problem.

18 Disclaimers and Limits of Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes contain errors or be unavailable. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Some states do not allow certain warranties to be excluded or certain damages to be limited, so some of these limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow to be limited. You agree to cover any loss we suffer because you broke these terms or the law when using the site.

19 Governing Law and Your State’s Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, where our business is based, and by applicable US federal law. Wherever you live in the United States, you keep every protection your own state’s consumer laws give you; nothing in these terms takes those away.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first: most problems are solved within a few days, and we will try in good faith to resolve any dispute with you within 30 days before either of us takes it further.

California residents: under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (916) 445-1254 or (800) 952-5210.

20 General

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable in your state, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, together with the policies they mention, are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site and buying from it.

21 Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from that date and do not affect orders placed before it.
