Every BuzzUp Energy order ships to any address in the United States. Here is exactly how shipping works, from the moment you order to the day it arrives.

01 Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 US states. At this time we do not ship outside the United States.

02 Shipping Cost

  • Orders of $50 or more ship free (the total before discount codes).
  • Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $5.00.

The exact shipping cost is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

03 Processing and Delivery Times

  • Delivery takes 7–10 business days from the day you order, anywhere in the United States.
  • We pack every order in a plain, unmarked box and email your tracking number as soon as it ships.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

04 Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. If you do not see the email within 2 business days, please check your spam folder, then contact us and we will send it again.

05 Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents.

06 Your Shipping Address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we can update the address only before the order ships.

07 Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away at support@buzzupenergy.com with photos of the product and packaging, and we will send a replacement at no cost. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, contact us and we will help you with the carrier.

08 Returns

Because our products are food you take by mouth, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, or does not arrive, we replace it or refund it, and you never need to send anything back. See our Returns & Refund Policy for the full details.
